When you walk in, you are in a nice formal foyer. To the side is the stairs to the 2d floor. Off the foyer is a very nice half bath.

This is certainly one of the largest and nicest Master Bedroom setups I have seen.

There are 2 other large bedrooms and the washer/dryer area is on the 2d floor near the Master Bedroom.

Shown is lot 12 Forbes Place at the end of House Lane. Central Hardin School District. An extremely nice country setting, this house has a commanding view. Lot 9 Berkshire is under construction and is similar - but in a more populated neighborhood and the John hardin School District.

Here are the cabinets without the granite and still messy from the install. The island is moveable and will have an overhang forming a small "bar". Note the nice treatments over the windows and doors as well as the arched doorway into the dining room. There is room for a table within the kitchen area as well as the door out to the elevated rear deck.

This is the large master bedroom. Note the tray ceiling. It's still under construction with no carpet in yet.
